COMMUNICATIONS EMERGENCY TERMINATION

February 21, 2003

As of 9 AM EST (1400 UTC), the Federal Communications Commission's
Declared Communications Emergency was terminated at the request of
the Kentucky Section Manager John Myers, NB4K.  Amateurs can resume
using the frequencies 444.125 MHz, 146.760 MHz and 147.165 MHz in
Fayette County, Kentucky.  The Federal Communications Commission
wishes to thank everyone for their cooperation and dedicated amateur
service.
