ARRL  President  George Wilson, W4OYI, who is recovering  from  a 
stroke suffered on February 11, was transferred to a transitional 
care  facility in his home town of Owensboro, Kentucky, on  March 
31.  Cards  and notes may be sent to his home address  listed  on 
page 9 of QST.
