New club licenses surface
 
The FCC's Gettysburg license processing facility has begun issuing
new Amateur Radio club station licenses.  The first ones appear to
have been issued on April 4.
 
These licenses come with systematically issued Group D call signs.
Obtaining such a license and call sign is a necessary first step
toward later obtaining a vanity call sign for a club.
