The Borinquen Radio Club (KP3ER) is a small group of (6 Active Members) with a common goal, and that makes a big difference. It offers individual and group classes to beginner radio amateurs and radio amateurs with current authorization to obtain their first license or upgrade. Promote emergency communications and disaster preparedness. is our main task in our group in coordination with the Amateur Radio Educational Society Of Puerto Rico (KP4VJ) and Bayman Radio Club. (KP4NM) and local amateur radio groups in Puerto Rico.
