The Carson Valley Radio Club began under the call sign W7DI in the 90's.
In 2002, the call sign was changed to W7DEM and has represented the club to date.

The W7SR is the club call sign used for Field day and contests.

The KC7ARS call sign is the NVCARS club call.

The Carson Valley Radio Club has been a long time supporter and control operators of the State of Nevada ARES/RACES program at the State of Nevada Emergency Operations Center in Carson City, Nevada.
