The Northern Virginia FM Association (NVFMA) is an organization focused on advancing the radio art and providing repeater service to the Northern Virginia area.
Since its formation in 1971, NVFMA has operated wide coverage repeaters that are open for the use of all amateur radio operators. NVFMA also offers education classes, training, and testing and the opportunity to learn about repeaters and amateur radio in general.
The NVFMA operates repeaters from 3 sites in Northern Virginia including the 53.61, 146.79, 146.91, 224.10, and 447.025 MHz machine plus a full D-Star stack.
