Anybody able to explain this energy wave?

This YouTube earthquake person made a vid showing microwave energy systems in the atmosphere (from water vapor satellite studies).

The energy pattern looks like the jetstream, but not, and fleeting.

Anybody able to explain this, as I haven't been taught this in any radio education.

Apparently it was an instrumental artifact. Not real data. (Note added to youtube video post.)
