Guys, do you know if any device exists that can measure my brainwaves? I've been under huge stress lately and sometimes I have a feeling that my head will explode! I listen to many brain training vids on YouTube, many of them refer to some brainwaves likt 417Hz frequencies etc. But how do I know if they are not harmful to my brain? Where can I read about it? |

Feeling like your head might explode from stress is rough. But I think I get you. I assume the ways to manage it could be devices like the https://www.mendi.io that can check your brainwaves and give real-time feedback. Our brains have numerous neurons creating different brainwave patterns—alpha waves for relaxation, beta waves for focus. Neurofeedback can help you understand and control these patterns. But foremost, you should stop listening to content creators that you do not trust. Why having extra stress? |
