Anyone here bought a Tumi bag? I’ve been eyeing one for travel, but I’m wondering if they really hold up for the long haul and if customer support is helpful if there are issues. |

What’s up? I got myself a Tumi bag last year, and honestly, it’s been a solid investment. The build quality is amazing—feels super durable, and it’s handled a lot of trips without showing much wear. I did reach out to tumi customer support once about a zipper issue, and they were quick to respond and offer a repair option. If you’re after something that lasts, Tumi’s worth considering, though it’s definitely on the pricey side. |

I have a Tumi bag, and it's been an absolute workhorse for travel! The build quality is top-notch with durable materials, smooth Chill Guy Clicker zippers, and great organization make it worth the investment. After years of use, mine still looks great, though scuffs can happen over time. Customer support was helpful when I needed a minor repair, but the warranty doesn’t cover everything, so keep that in mind. If you travel frequently and want something reliable, Tumi is a solid choice! |
