This week's bulletin was made possible with info provided by Tedd,
KB8NW, the OPDX Bulletin, The DX News Letter, QRZ DX, The 599 DX
Report, the Yankee Clipper Contest Club PacketCluster network and
the Contest Corral column from QST.  Thanks to all.

SABLE ISLAND, CY0.  CY0TP is active with ops Wayne, VE1CBK, Ken,
VE1RU, Don, VE1AOE and Gary, VE1RGB.  They are expected to be active
until October 10.  QSL all 6 meter, VHF, UHF, Satellite and EME
contacts to Don Roland, VE1AOE, PO Box 1257, Truro, Nova Scotia,
Canada B2N 5N2.  HF QSLs, including SSB, CW, RTTY and other digital
modes, go to Wayne King, VE1CBK, 63 Brook Street, Lake Fletcher,
Nova Scotia, Canada B2T 1A5.  All Japan and Korean HF QSLs go to,
Zorro Miyazawa, JH1AJT, Box 8, Asahi, Yokohama 241, Japan.

VIETNAM, 3W.  Franz, DF5GF, has been reported active on 14296 kHz.
QSL to Franz Rebholz, Viet Duc Pedagogical University of Technology,
01 Vo Van Ngan St, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

LIBYA, 5A.  The 5A0A operation has been cancelled.  SP6RT and SP6AZT
were in Benghazi but had to cancel their planned activity as 5A0A
because of the political situation in Libya.  They are now back in
Poland.

JAN MAYEN, JX.  Marit, LA4CJA, and Terje, LA3EX, will be active as
JX4CJA and JX3EX on 80 through 10 meters, from now until April 15,
1996.

GREENLAND, OX.  Mako, JA1OEM, plans to be active as OX/JA1OEM until
October 16.  Look for his CW on 3508, 7008, 10108, 14008, 18113 and
21008 kHz.  For SSB check 3754/3795, 7058, 14130, 18113 and 21180
kHz.

SAO TOME, S9.  Look for Gamito, S92VG, his evenings on 15 and 20
meter CW.  QSL to PO Box 173, Sao Tome City, Sao Tome.

EASTERN KIRIBATI, T32.  Lothar, DJ4ZB, is currently active as T32ZB.
He has been heard on 3799 kHz around 1030z and 0230z.  Check 14192
to 14220 kHz between 0100 and 0230z and 18145 kHz before 0100z.  QSL
to his callbook address.

FAROE ISLANDS, OY.  Ben, OZ5AAH will be active as OY/OZ5IPA, from
November 1 to 6.  QSL via his home call.

SWITZERLAND, ITU.  TM5ITU is being operated by the CERN Amateur
Radio Club during the TELECOM 95 exhibition in Geneva.  QSL to
F6IMS.

ISRAEL, 4X.  Riki, 4X4NJ, will be active daily at his sunrise on 160
meters.  Look for him on 1827 kHz.  QSL via WA4WTG, R. Kaplan, 718
SE Third Lane, Dania, FL 33004.

VP5, TURKS AND CAICOS.  VP5T will be on the air during the CQWW DX
Phone Contest October 27 to 30.  Operators will be KE2OP, N2VW and
WB2YOF.  Each operator will be on the air before and after the
contest from October 24 to 31, using VP5/ his home call.  Emphasis
will be on CW and the WARC bands.  All QSLs for VP5/ home call go to
the op's home call address.  QSL VP5T for this operation only to
N2VW via the ARRL W2 bureau or direct to his callbook address with
SASE or SAE and postage.

Labrador, CQ Zone 2.  AH9B, KG4DX (KD0XK), N0AFW and WA0PUJ will
operate in the CQWW SSB Contest from Zone 2, located in Labrador
City, Labrador.  They will sign VO2WL and enter the contest as a
Multi/Single.  They will operate before and after the contest
between October 25 and 30 using VO2/ home call on mostly the low
bands.  QSL via WA0PUJ.

Grenadines, IOTA NA-147.  After the J3A CQWW SSB Contest operation,
K9AJ, W9IXX, and KA9RHK will operate from Carriacou Island on CW,
SSB and RTTY, signing J3J, J3X and J3Y, respectively, from October
30 to November 3.  They will pay special attention to the IOTA
frequencies.  Note that the above J3 calls may be used from Grenada
for testing prior to the contest, but they will be on NA-147 only
during the above dates.  QSLs for all three calls go to K9AJ.

Prefix Update.  The T8 prefix has been assigned to the Republic of
Pelau, which had been using the KC6 prefix.  T8 has never been
assigned to Seborga.

Special Event Station.  HK100GM celebrates 100 years of radio
communication through the end of the year.  QSL via Rojas M.
Edilberto, HK3DDD, PO Box 25827, Bogota, Colombia.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL International EME Competition
starts on October 7 UTC and runs for a complete 48 hours.  Details
are in September QST on page 124.  The phone portion of the
VK/ZL/Oceania Contest, sponsored by the Wireless Institute of
Australia, runs from 1000z October 7 to 1000z October 8.  See
October QST, page 127 for more details.
