The Allen County Amateur Radio Technical Society Inc. or ACARTS, was formed in 1967 to serve the greater Allen County, Indiana area with an amateur radio organization dedicated to the technical aspects of the hobby. 

The organization was incorporated into a non-profit entity in 1971. ACARTS is an American Radio Relay League (ARRL) Affiliated Club. We host the largest Hamfest in Indiana, we also provide the primary repeater for Allen County SKYWARN, American Red Cross NE Chapter and sponsor the daily Indiana, Michigan, Ohio (IMO) 2 Meter Traffic Net and the Allen County SKYWARN Training Net (Seasonal)
