The South Wake Amateur Radio Club's primary purpose is to further Amateur Radio through programs, activities, and education, in order to promote radio knowledge, fraternalism and individual operating efficiency of our members.

We also support the welfare of our community through public service including radio communications for emergency situations and public events, and through providing information, training, and assistance to individuals or organizations with an interest in Amateur Radio.
