ARRL Exam Session Form

Register ARRL VEC Coordinated Exam Sessions

Complete all information on this form when registering an exam session and requesting any quantity of materials for the session. Submit to ARRL VEC four weeks before the exam date.
Please note, in 2025 the ARRL VEC is going completely digital. Printed booklets and supplies shipments will be discontinued as we shift teams to the ExamTools system.  Learn More

VE TEAM LIAISON.
The VE team liaison (leader) must be an ARRL VEC accredited VE.
Extra class ARRL VEs may administer Elements 2, 3 and/or 4 at the session.
Advanced class ARRL VEs are limited to Elements 2 and/or 3.
General class ARRL VEs are limited to Element 2 only.

Second (different) version of the exams required?

To receive a second (different) version of the exams for retests,
please indicate how many you will need in the appropriate
element boxes, separated by a slash (example: 15 / 10).

* Element 3 can only be administered by Advanced or Extra class VEs.
* * Element 4 can only be administered by Extra class VEs.

WHEN ORDERING A COMPLETE EXAM SESSION PACKAGE,
WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY PROVIDE YOU WITH USPS FIRST CLASS
MAIL ENVELOPES AND POSTAGE-PAID LABELS. USE THESE TO
RETURN THE POST EXAM SESSION PACKAGE TO THE VEC
AT NO COST TO THE TEAM.
To restock your envelope and label supply, simply order the needed
quantities in the OTHER section below.
USPS First Class Mail is the preferred method of shipment
as it is the most cost effective service.
